Order Cancellation and Changes
At Mushroom Hut, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel or amend your order. Please take a moment to read the following information carefully.
You are welcome to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
If your order has already been dispatched, or if production has commenced for made-to-order items such as grain spawn or grow kits, we may unfortunately be unable to cancel it.
If your cancellation request is accepted, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Updating Your Name or Delivery Address
Need to change the name or delivery address on your order? Please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to update your details before the order is dispatched.
Unfortunately, once your order has left our premises, we’re unable to make any changes.
